For a long time, industrial construction in India was, essentially, the business of putting up sheds. A steel frame, a metal roof, a concrete floor, a boundary wall. The rest was up to the client.
That era is quietly ending. The industrial buildings being commissioned today are systems, not sheds. They are climate-controlled. They are vibration-aware. They are electrically redundant. They are instrumented from day one.
Why now
Three shifts at once. First, the machines being installed are more sensitive and more expensive than the buildings around them ever anticipated. Second, the clients installing them have global operations and expect global standards. Third, the cost of downtime has quietly overtaken the cost of over-engineering.

What we are doing about it
