Mission-critical infrastructure is not just bigger construction. It is a different category. Tolerances are tighter, redundancies are non-negotiable, and the assumption that failure is unacceptable rewrites almost every discipline. This prototype exists so that when the right client asks, our answer is a validated design, not a promise.
Anticipating a future data-centre and lab pipeline, we needed to demonstrate mastery of the thermal, seismic and continuity requirements that these facilities demand.
We started from the machine outward: thermal loads, air-side and liquid-cooled options, seismic isolation of critical equipment, then the electrical topology needed to support them at 99.999% availability.
The structure is designed as a modular pre-cast system, so a facility can be scaled in 500 kW blocks without redesigning the shell. The MEP model was co-developed with a specialist partner and stress-tested through full-facility simulation.
Nothing about this project is speculative for its own sake. Every decision is a decision we would defend to a client’s independent engineer.
The result is a validated 5 MW reference design, ready to be tailored to a specific site, climate and client. We are currently in discussion with two potential pilot clients: one in South India, one abroad, who would let us take it from a drawing to a running facility.
